Michael Mazzella is a nationally-known Real Estate Investor, Best-Selling Author, and Mentor, who bought his first property in Hawaii in 1993 and later selling it for a $200,000 profit. Michael selected, trained, and led a team of his students and together they built a $30 million dollar RE investing company that became the largest of its kind in the state of Hawaii and making Michael Hawaii’s #1 house-flipper. He has completed over 250 deals with an exceptional ‘won-loss’ ratio of 95% profitable deals.

Through multiple up-cycles and downturns of the housing market, as an investor and developer, Michael has done it all – quick-turns, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, short sales, assignments, rehabs, subject-to’s, cash-flow rentals, pre-construction, tear-downs & new-build construction, vacation rentals, emerging-market investing, residential and land development, CPRs and subdivisions, ‘5-Day-Sales,’ and even relocating and restoring historical homes.

Experience and Teaching Style

Michael has always loved training others. As a young man in his 20’s, Michael served in the US Army as a Special Forces operator, and routinely trained our allies in their native language in the sweltering jungles of Central America during the civil war in El Salvador.

Michael accepted an invitation to begin mentoring for Robert Kiyosaki (aka: Rich Dad) and Russ Whitney back in 2004. As a National Real Estate Mentor, he traveled around the country training their students and helping them get into deals.

Until recently, the ONLY way to get this training was to attend one of the live 4-day intensives that Michael presented in Honolulu. Students had to make arrangements to attend, which usually meant taking time off from work, using vacation, arranging for childcare, and in many cases, students would arrange to fly in to Honolulu from the neighbor islands, and as far away as California, Washington, Colorado, Texas, New York, Florida, Japan, Singapore, Korea, Canada, etc.

The training was intense, from both the volumes of information but also the gravity of the information. The days were long and brains were stuffed! If you didn’t catch it the first time, you could ask questions. Students were exhausted, and by the end of each day, Michael was exhausted, too!

With the new training, Michael video-recorded everything he teaches in the live intensives and created learning modules for his students. There are many advantages to this. Now, students no longer have to make arrangements to attend the live course. No traffic, parking costs, babysitters, etc. Now students can take the course in the comfort of their own home. They can now learn at their own pace and either power through the course quickly to get started on their deals, or take their time, to fully digest all of the content, and even review the training videos, again and again, to really let it sink in – this was never available before. Now the course is much more accessible and available to students all over the nation, and even internationally. And finally, the live aspect is still in place, and each course comes with 1-on-1 phone calls or video calls directly with Michael.
